About PPHI Sindh (Introduction)
A not-for-profit organization called PPHI Sindh was established under Section 42 of The Companies Act 2017 (formerly The Companies Ordinance, 1984). The Pakistan Centre of Philanthropists (PCP), a government-approved agency for recognizing Not for Profit Organizations, has also acknowledged its NPO (Not for Profit Organization) accreditation. The board of directors, which consists of seven seasoned professionals with a wide range of experience, is in charge of running it. Additionally, it is represented by Ex-Officio Board Members who serve as Secretaries to the Government of Sindh (Health, Finance, Planning & Development, and Population Welfare).
