Eligibility Criteria for above vacancies in Islamabad High Court:

  1. Personal Assistants must have a B.A./B.Sc./B.Com degree, as well as a phenomenal shorthand speed of 110 WPM and a typing speed of 50 WPM. Individuals possessing a law degree will be given preference.
  2. Law Clerks must have an LL.B. from a recognized institution in Pakistan or overseas, or a foreign LL.M. They should also have at least three years of experience as an Advocate in the High Court or Supreme Court. UK degree holders must have a Second Class Honors (3.1).
  3. Lift Operator: Matriculation is required for this employment, as well as certification from a recognized institution for operating the most recent lift systems. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience operating elevators in well-known buildings.
  4. Candidates must be between the ages of 21 and 30 as of the closing date.
  5. Attested copies of essential documentation, including educational and experience certifications, must accompany applications.
  6. Women candidates are particularly encouraged to apply, as 10% of all posts are earmarked for women who match the necessary qualifications.
  7. A 2% quota is set aside for disabled people, subject to the restrictions indicated.
  8. Candidates who are currently employed by the government should apply through the authorized channels.
  9. The position of “Law Clerk” is filled on a CONTRACT BASIS for one year. Law Clerks will be primarily responsible for legal and academic research.
  10. Applicants must be Islamic Republic of Pakistan nationals.
  11. The Prescribed Application Form, a thorough C.V. (maximum 3 pages), a readable photocopy of CNIC, and appropriate educational/experience certifications must be included in the application pack.

Age Restrictions & Relaxation Policy:

The age restrictions for each position are specified in the job posting. However, in accordance with the Government Recruitment Policy, the upper age limit may be relaxed.

  6. Applications for jobs at the Polytechnic Institute for Women should be filed online through the National Job Portal NJP (www.njp.gov.pk) for Serials No. 1 through 7.
  7. On www.gpiw.edu.pk, an application form for more positions is posted.

In 1989, the Pakistan Narcotics Control Board (PNCB) was made an associated department of the Ministry of Narcotics Control (MNC). In 1991, the Anti Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) was also created. The Anti Narcotics Force (ANF), an agency connected to the Ministry of Narcotics Control, was created on February 21, 1995, by the merger of PNCB and ANTF. Following that, the ANF was reorganised under the ANF Act 1997. In 2002, the Ministry of Narcotics Control was elevated to the rank of full-fledged ministry. In 2013, it became a department of the Interior Ministry, however in 2017, it was reinstated as a Ministry.
