They must also have at least 10 years of project management expertise and exhibit outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the higher education industry.

Graphic Designer: A bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design, or any other relevant discipline is required to work as a graphic designer in Pakistan, and the degree must be granted by an institution recognized by the HEC. Assistant Manager Coordination: Candidates must have completed at least 16 years of study and hold a Master’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited university to be considered for the job of Assistant Manager Coordination at the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. They must also have three years of relevant professional experience in a reputed company, mastery of Microsoft Office, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the capacity to function well in a team. Additionally, they must be less than 35 and have Pakistani nationality or be able to work there.

Content Developer: Candidates must hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in education, computer science, or English in order to be qualified for the position of Content Developer at the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. They should have at least three years of expertise in e-learning, authoring educational content, or developing curricula, and be fluent in both English and Urdu. They should also be adept at using technology and have knowledge of working with content writing software and learning management systems (LMS). The HEC anticipates that applicants will have a solid educational foundation and hands-on experience creating and designing e-learning content for higher education institutions.

Employment Promotion Expert: Candidates must possess a Master’s degree from an accredited university, five years of relevant work experience in the field of employment promotion or closely connected fields, good interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to expanding and promoting graduate job options in Pakistan. The selection committee will give preference to applicants who have worked for universities or international development agencies.

Assistant Manager: HEC Pakistan requires applicants to have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 2-3 years of relevant experience in administration or management, strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently. About Sindh Public Health Engineering Department (Introduction)

With the exception of the cities of Karachi and Hyderabad, the Public Health Engineering Department has been developing, planning, and carrying out water supply and drainage schemes in urban and rural regions. SUMMARY AND FUNCTIONS: The O&M responsibility for rural-based programmes kept changing over time from one agency to another, until eventually the SLGO of 2001 mandated that all programs’ O&M be handled by their respective TMAs. Currently, concerned Local Councils administer and maintain urban-based schemes, whereas PHED is in charge of completed rural W/S and drainage schemes. PHED had previously been a division of the Local Government Department but had been granted independence in 2008, with its own Minister and Secretariat. However, in 2013, the division was once more integrated into the Local Government Department. PHED and RDD have recently been separated from Local Govt.
